Yep. In 'Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse', there are stat blocks for a number of archdevils and demon princes, including Zariel, Gr'razt, and Demogorgon. (I have a physical copy)
My favorite werewolf content is that one Hellboy story where he fought a werewolf who was haunting a town and imprisoning the dead.

Vampire has to use bite and charm all the time. So unless you have a non-humanoid werewolf, vampire has the better chance. (Unfortunately.)
The real question is: How do werewolves fight each other? They're immune to the damage they deal.
