The funny part is that they think your gonna kill their horses and eat them. I mean, i like Beef but id never kill a cow. Ideally id be a vegetarian but thats kinda hard, not a super big meat fan but i still like it

For me, I've had lamb but not horse.
It tastes good. Had rack of lamb on a cruise ship. And made it at home one time. Still got another rack of lamb and a lamb roast I'll have to make at some point.
