In all, and I mean ALL of official D&d, there are 3 fey statblocks above CR 15. The highest one being Iggwilv at 20.
I feel like stat blocks in the 5-12 range are where you're going to get more use out of things.

Mm yes, those three are the only high CR fey in all of official D&d, but they’re adding a hag Grandmother/Archhag! Which is supposedly supposed to be around ancient dragon-Tarrasque level. They did the same with other creature types, adding a construct colossus and some other stuff like the elemental juggernaut.
i personally homebrew night hags as fey because they just deserve to be fey anyways.
Yeah, but in general they’re just trying to give all creature types more options for higher and lower CR play. They’re apparently adding some weaker vampires and a stronger one too, just trying to round it all out.
I will not rest until we have a CR 1 liche.

Get rid of it’s spell and make it’s paralyzing touch do 1d6, boom! That’d make it like CR 3 probably. Forgot it’s exact legendary actions so don’t know how much that affects them.
the original monster manual has around 300 monsters. This newest one is supposed to have around 500, nearly 100 of which are new to this edition. So 300 revamped, like 80 something completely new, and 100 that will likely be from other 5e sourcebooks. Guessing they’ll include stuff like the elder brain and (possibly) stuff like bone claws or stuff.
