If you don't have access to the Monster Manual around here, you can always find the rules for Lycnthropy-affected players (and, incidentally, Wereboar in the same page) at page 207 of the nearest physical copy of the Monster Manual.
Short answer is that you'll find out if you have it at the next full moon. If you do, you'll either lose control and attack people, or your DM will have that happen offscreen and you'll wake up with torn clothes and bad dreams. You then can choose to try to get cured (remove curse from party cleric or temple in town) or embrace being a wereboar. If you do that, it will most likely end with your party killing you/forcibly curing you or you turning evil and the DM taking control of your character. So while being a lycanthrope is cool, especially immunity to non-magical/silver weapons, it generally ends badly unless you have an evil party. I recommend getting cured as soon as possible.
Did your DM make the Constitution saving throw for you in secret? If you made the throw, you should know if you succeeded or not. But anyways, if you were turned, come the full moon, your party (assuming you guys all sleep relatively close to each other) will probably have to fight you. You could end up with a full party of wereboars.
What level are you at and what's your party composition? If you have a cleric of 5th level or higher or a paladin of 9th level or higher, encourage them to prepare remove curse once or twice. If you have a warlock or a wizard of 5th level or higher, encourage them to get remove curse at their next level up. If you're all 2nd level and don't have great party composition, just stab them, gain that buff, run through the jungle, destroy the soulmonger and cast remove curse when you're done. It's also important to note that especially with wereboars, the more you resist the curse, the more aggressive and cruel you become when you turn.

You can find information on Wereboars here.
A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?

Lycanthropy (of any type) is a curse, so I'd invest in a good scroll of Remove Curse or two, post haste. :)
Unless you were born one. That makes things trickier.
Also, did you just say "rouge"? ¬.¬
