Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 slashing damage.
Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 40/160 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. If its saving throw result is 5 or lower, the poisoned target falls unconscious for the same duration, or until it takes damage or another creature takes an action to shake it awake.
Heart Sight. The sprite touches a creature and magically knows the creature's current emotional state. If the target fails a DC 10 Charisma saving throw, the sprite also knows the creature's alignment. Celestials, fiends, and undead automatically fail the saving throw.
Invisibility. The sprite magically turns invisible until it attacks or casts a spell, or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the sprite wears or carries is invisible with it.
No. Otherwise the sprite's fly speed would say "fly 40 ft. (hover)"
Thanks. That's how we are playing it.
If you want the realistic answer, then yes, as with their body shape if they could not hover they would be incapable of flying at all. If you want the RAW answer, then no, as if they could it would specify they could in brackets next to the fly speed. But at my table, realism almost always trumps RAW, so do with that what you will.
I'll just assume a Sprite can be female, as pixies are not BR so I don't have their stats. Also, I believe they live in different settlements.
Their strength isn't high enough to wear plate armor.
To my fellow fey and otherwise fey-aligned compatriots, be sure to look out for your sprite neighbors in these dangerous times...
Can anyone tell me what the purple thing over its eye is?
Blackberry ink tattoo?
Riding a blink dog, these would be a cool encounter for your party!
Who says it wasn't a cookbook
Ah yes the best soda
Definitely a great choice for a fey warlock familiar. I named mine Sierra Mist & she's been a lot of fun to play with. :D

Sprite sorcerer armed with a striate razor. It is a flying magic missile factory with mete-magic feats. If you want to multiclass, take levels in rouge-swashbuckler. Think of the sneak attack potential.
This has shenanigans written all over it.
This little bugger as a familiar can carry an item that weighs lower than 15 lbs and turn invisible. An item heavier than a 15 lbs will require an unseen servant to coordinate lifting/carrying.
Should be able to attune to magical items like Wand of Wonder.
Should there be an errata to " If the saving throw fails by 5 or more" from " If its saving throw result is 5 or lower". That's the wording for most other effects like this. This matters for the Warlock invocation Investment of the Chain Master. It grants this ability:
It seems wrong for the sleep effect to still be only " If its saving throw result is 5 or lower" instead of " If the saving throw fails by 5 or more" from " when the save DC is much higher than 10.
Gargamel, is that you?
Would it be too op to give this dark vision?
yes.
you know makes sense
