I cant seem to either make new characters or view my old ones. I cleared my cache, signed out for over an hour then signed back in, etc, and nothing seems to work.
Can you describe where you're clicking and what error messages you see?

yes i click on my character sheet or the character build tabs and then it tries to load and then says it failed to load

Hi, same issue - no access to the character builder or ability to view characters. First noticed when I clicked on the create a character>standard build button: in the first instance it returned me to the same page, the second time an error message: repeated problems trying to open this page. Tried logging out, back in. Forum and sourcebooks fine. Just not the characters. Server maintenance?

ModeratorAre you using Safari? There seems to be some issues today. I had passed a message to the team about that.
For now, try another browser and see if that helps.
