It's gotten weirder. Now when I click "My Characters" it automatically throws me in the new character wizard. I have to use the drop down menu next to my name to access the list of characters. I've emptied my cache and reloaded my browser. Both problems still persist.
How do I provide a screenshot? When I select image button it says Source: so what do I put there? A URL? I have a local pic, I don't have a URL. Copy/paste doesn't seem to work. Click and drag just opens the pic. I'm using Windows and Chrome. What am I missing?

Images must first be uploaded to an image hosting site like http://www.imgur.com before they can be embedded into posts on this website.
I select delete button, type DELETE in the pop-up window, and it just spins and then says: "Error deleting customer"
Help?
