Hi, I would like you to delete this account since I accidentally created it and linked it with my iCloud email please delete it so I can use my iCloud email on my actual account

Go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account

Link a different account (Google, Twitch, etc.) to this account.

Unlink your Apple account.

Login to your actual D&D Beyond account.

Follow the above link.

Link your Apple account.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to submit a support ticket as IamSposta mentioned above.
