Try disabling any browser extensions you are using.
if that doesn’t do it, try a different browser, a different machine, or the app. Wait several seconds after clicking the roll button to see if it rolls.
i had this happen to me a while back, and trying a different device and being patient seemed to fix it across the board for me. you might also try logging out and logging back in.
In the future, you could also try creating a separate browser profile. A separate profile will start with default settings. That way, you can have different sets of settings for different purposes.

i've been having this problem for the last month as well. i'm tempted to create a new thread for visibility because i can guess the cause and i need feedback from others who may have overcome this particular hurdle. i use firefox with noscript addon and a few months ago i added privacy badger addon. the noscript i had fine-tuned to allow dice but minus things like facebook tracking. the privacy badger, however, is more automatic and may have begun blocking something important without notifying me. this has randomly happened before so it might also not be the badger. what's worrying is that even if i fully disable both noscript and the badger and reload the page i still can't roll dice in the browser. app works fine. i wonder if anyone else could identify which specific cookies/jscripts/sites i should have whitelisted to avoid this.

As the tital says I cannot roll any dice, the setting is enabled but every time I click to roll it just hightlights the button rather then rolling.

Other functions work such as adding items but it seems to be just the Dice Roller that won't work for me for me?
Any help would be appreciated.

I tried all your suggestions but dice Rolling still won't work though it does work on my laptop so now I am left more confused.

A laptop, using chrome does let me roll dice but my my main PC also using chrome won't let me roll dice.
When you say app do you mean on a phone because no, I only use D&D Beyond on a PC.
Try checking your hardware acceleration settings in Chrome. See if changing that fixes it for you.

The acceleration settings did not fix it but I just reset chrome back to defaults and now its working again!

It is good to keep some physical dice on you too (in case)
If it still isn’t working I think that’s your best option

I have the same issue over here. I can't roll any dice on the app. It just happened spontaneously.
