Trying to make an wood elf cleric right now, but whenever I select the race it never shows the weapon proficiencies or the fleet of foot ability. Curious if I'm missing something or if this is a bug. Thanks.
If you're in the character builder, selecting a race, it shows the parent race at the top (elf) and then the subrace information below, so you can scroll down to see it.
Elves do get all the racial features that the rules state.
On your character sheet, you can check them by looking in the FEATURES & TRAITS tab of the main area and selecting RACIAL TRAITS. Note that it doesn't list traits there like bonus to movement speed, as that is reflected in the movement speed of the character.
The weapon proficiencies should show up in the lower left with the other weapon / armor / tool / languages, as listing those weapons. Fleet of foot would be top center, your speed (should be 35 instead of 30)
