I've been waiting all day since release. It is looking like a bug
Actually I am still seeing this issue randomly happen. Tabaxi was showing one moment, then stopped showing. Assimar from volos didn't show, but the variant did.
I have a Master Tier subscription and am sharing content with my players, but they cannot see the Tabaxi in the character creator (but they see all the other content I've shared with them).
Any resolution on this issue? I've also purchased Volo's and can build a Tabaxi character under my own account, but when I invite a player to do the same under one of my shared content campaigns, she can't see that race. Other purchased races from different books do appear. She is using the campaign link when she character builds.

If I have understood you correctly, you have content sharing turned on in the campaign in question. If so, try turning content sharing off and then back on again. If that doesn't fix it, have the affected player post the url for her character here so a mod can take a look. (And, another time, start a new thread instead of tacking on to one that's 2 years old)
In the future, please try to create a new thread for your issue as opposed to adding to a resolved thread from a long time ago. This makes it easier for us to see a new issue and make sure we can help you quickly, as the issues from 2 years ago are very unlikely to be similar to issues today.
To answer your question: It does take a short time to populate your new purchases. :)
I just bought the volos guide race bundle which includes the tabaxi.
When I go to the character builder, I can't pick the tabaxi as one of my races.

Okay, same thing happening with classes from Sword Coast Bundle.
Just wanted to make sure it was a known problem.

Well I dont see my bought race, class, etc. bundles in the builder as well.
Already cleared the cache and restarted the browser.. Maybe it just needs some time (60min?) to be loaded?
