It is not just Dueling. None of the Fighting Styles modify their respective stats.
I've tried this with a Wood Elf Ranger. The AC doesn't increase when selecting Defense and Attack bonus for a longbow doesn't change when selecting Archery.
On my Ranger, I have the archery fighting style chosen. However, either that or my proficiency bonus is not being added to my "to hit" with my longbow.
I noticed the same lack of +1 AC with defense fighting style and equipped armor. And someone mentioned the same for Dueling fighting style, so I think it's applying to all fighting styles at the moment.

ty for the reply, allso for the fighter only the champion matial archetype is available.
For the beta, only the rules and options provided in the D&D 5th edition SRD , D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, Elemental Evil Companion are available in Beyond. Once the full platform launches later this summer, the core rule books and others will be available for purchase, and the content within will be available for those that purchase, or have access through a DM's subscription.
I'm using a fighter with the Defense fighting style and Plate Mail, +1 (19 AC) and my total AC should be 20, 19 from Plate, 1 from Defense. Instead it is showing as 19.
I was going to post this also, but found someone else already reported it. But this is a month ago.
Some more information: For the Fighter. I'm not seeing the +1 to AC being added when choosing the Defense fighting style. I've done this with a new level one character when adding this as the first fighting style, and also on a level 10 fighter where I'm adding this as the second fighting style.
Thanks!

The damage bonus from the Dueling fighting style isn't shown on the character sheet.
(Tested by creating a quick-build 1st-level fighter and changing the fighting style to Dueling.)

I think that for the most part, class features aren't reflected in the character stats at all.
I have armor equipped and the defense fighting style selected, but it is not showing the +1 to AC.

The bonuses for Fighting styles are not currently being added - this is being resolved by the development team. :)

The dwarf ranger at level 2 is not adding the fighting style archery to the 'to hit' in attacks.
Fighting styles aren't working correctly at the moment, but it's on their list.

Saves me asking why my Paladin doesn't gain the additional AC too. For now, I have homebrewed an item to provide it so it matches up :)
