So today when I started my session, I noticed that my character was missing some cantrips from his list that where added from a feat that we've been using as a method for DM blessing. I've tried to work around with the feat and even remake the feat from scratch to try to fix this issue and it is still not showing up. I'm at a lost on what's going on.
edit: so looking at the link, it's showing the spells that are missing when I'm not logged in, but when I look at his page signed in the cantrips are missing

If so, that may be the issue. They are moving to a new character sheet framework on the back end, and there have been some problems with the display of some homebrew elements as part of that. They are working on it, and every report--especially ones that include links of affected character sheets and homebrew--helps them track those issues down and deal with them.
I have a homebrewed race I was using to test the limits of the new character sheet framework. One of the features granted 3 homebrew Cantrips and 1 official cantrip as a control for the experiment. Before, only the official Cantrip was pushing to the character sheet, now all 4 are.
okay, I thought that may have been the issue, just wanted to ensure that was the case and not something else.
I can't be certain that's the issue, as I'm neither mod nor staff, but the fact that you posted links means someone who is can check. Thanks again for doing so!
Checking your sheet and loading the feat into testing i can't see the issue you are describing. Could you please confirm you are still experiencing this issue as we are currently in the process of rolling out more fixes.

Thanks!
When I checked this morning, the spells were on my character sheet and seemed to fix itself. I feel like the issue was due to updates to the character sheet were occurring during my groups session.
