Ive looked at a couple other threads where people cant access their features by having the compendium version but I've got the full version or at least the one you get with the bundle. (SRC-00002 player handbook code) Would anyone know what is creating this issue at all?
It can take a little time (up to 20 minutes) for everything to unlock after purchase. If it has been at least that long, go to My Account—>Marketplace and it will tell you if you have unlocked the Compendium Only or Full Version. It should be the full version if I remember correctly. There it will also tell you if you have the option to re-sync your entitlements if it gives you the option, then do it. If not, then things are synced. In that case, log out, log back in, and wait 20 minutes. The system’s cache might need a reset, logging out and back in is what triggers that.

If you purchased the full Player's Handbook, not just the compendium, make sure your entitlements are in sync. You can do so here:

If your entitlements are in sync, I recommend contacting support.
