Please bear in mind (as the others have said) that you need to own Xanathar's Guide to Everything (or the Samurai subclass) and either Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron or Eberron: Risen from the Last War on D&D Beyond in order to utilize this content in the character builder. If you don't own either or have the content shared with you, you would not be able to access them unless you either purchase them, someone invites you into their campaign with content sharing (someone in the campaign must have a master subscription), or you could add them in as private homebrew.
I don't own either of the Eberron books, but last year Warforged characters were an option on my list. It seems like since the new book came out that D&D Beyond took the option away unless you buy the book. Is this the case?

The Warforged race was originally a part of the public playtest called "Unearthed Arcana". Once the playtest concluded, that version of Warforged was archived.
A lot of things start as free playtest before being printed and moved to an official book. You can still find the original playtest UA PDF on WotC's website and manually add it to your private homebrew for personal use, but it has to be removed from easy access on DDB per their licencing agreement with WotC.

Also, i ONLY bought the samurai class, and cant use it.
Samurai is a subclass of fighter not a full class. You must have a third level fighter to be able to choose samurai. is that the case for your character?
I can’t even use war forged, I also can’t use samuri

The official, published version of Warforged can be found in Eberron: Rising From the Last War!
