So, I've been trying to create a homebrew feat for my players, and whenever I need to access the modifiers tab in the creation page, the plus turns into a minus but it doesn't display anything to edit. Is this a bug or...?
It has to do with the display width. Notice a PC’s monitor is in landscape orientation, not portrait? So even if you set your tablet to use the desktop version of the site (instead of the mobile version), it still requires the wider display for everything to become visible.

ModeratorThat means that there are no modifiers to edit. To add a modifier, you need to click the Add a Modifier button.

Yeah. It doesn't display that. Whenever I select that, it displays nothing.
Are you using a phone/tablet? If so, turn it sideways to landscape mode to be able to see the Add buttons.
