Fochlucan bandore gives you one Shillelagh per day. Not sure if there are any other magic items that might give you access to it.
Note that Shillelagh only works for club/staff while Hexblade provides a lot more variety.
Remember that when you make an improvised weapon attack, the DM may choose to match that improvised weapon to an already established weapon (i.e., a table leg to a club, and a broken bottle to a dagger), if you whack with your Bandore, that's definitely an improvised weapon that lines up with a club. You can whack with your Bandore with shillelagh.

My bard has one of these and I first through the idea of whacking enemies with it was silly, but it's growing on me. Now I look forward to a time when he is caught without his rapier and I can say, "Time for a little ... improvisation." *KABONG*

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!
I can multiclass into Hexblade.
Or i can get Shilega at 10th lvl as one of my two none Bard spells.
Is there another way to use my charisma for attacks or to get Shilega as a Charisma spell earlier?

It is important to remember that item gives you more spells than just shillelagh though.
I had a player who thought climbing a 100 cliff under a waterfall would be a good idea instead of casting levitate or fly. He died.
Oh I definitely know this, I've been using it for awhile now. Entangle has been the most powerful use, usually.

Given the choice of any spell in the game up to 5th level, Shillelah is a terrible spell choice IMO.
Agreed. It would be better to dip hexblade if available as you get a LOT with that dip:
1. Medium Amor + Shield prof+ Martial Weapons
2. Eldritch blast and another cantrip
3. Spells (Shield, Hex, Armor of Agathys, etc...)
