After watching critical role and they were talking about this app to use for your character sheet and I thought it sounded cool so I thought I'd try it. I am currently a level 12 bloodhunter and when creating the sheet within the app I go to choose the option where you can create a sheet for a character at whatever level but it does not give me the option to choose the bloodhunter class. I can only choose a bloodhunter class if I am starting a brand new character at level 1. Does anyone know if there fixing this or if I am missing something?
Strange, I was just able to make lvl 12 blood hunter. Have you tried making the level 1 character, then setting the level to 12 after finishing out the character?
At the first page of the character creation there is a selection to allow critical role content (also unearthed arcana, and ravnica) once that is checked you can make a bloodhunter.

Not sure what would be causing that, I toggle the CR content and it is the third one down the list when on the class selection page in the character builder.

This may be a stupid question but, is the Bloodhunter class no longer an option? Meaning, are we compelled to purchase the Guild Masters' guide?
Blood Hunter is still available; if you are searching using the global search, make sure you have a space between blood and hunter. If you aren’t seeing it in the character builder, make sure you have Critical Role content turned on.
In any event, you will never be compelled to buy the Guildmaster’s Guide to Ravinica to get access to the Blood Hunter, as the Blood Hunter isn’t in it. The Blood Hunter is third party “homebrew” by Matt Mercer; Guildmaster’s is official WOTC content.

I activated the Critical Roll content yet it's still not showing me Bloodhunter.

I had the same issue, I started a character and then later went back and turned on CR content but Blood Hunter still wasn't available.
I deleted that character and started a new one, turning on CR first thing, and then I was able to see Blood Hunter.
So the bug seems to be that turning on CR content after you've started creating you character doesn't enable Blood Hunter as an option.
