That would be very interesting. I haven't thought about going in that direction with it. I like the idea of him getting raised by tieflings. I would imagine that he would try to pass himself off as a tiefling cause I think that would be the closes race he would look like so that certainly could work.
So he is considered half demon, I found it on DMs guild. The race of demons the originate from is Youkai which are considered the original demons at least by this home brew. They have three levels of how much demon is in them. So there's mortal blood, half blood, and demon blood. So I am going with half blood so half human and have demon obviously. In the race definition that they can choose to be good or evil just like humans. Normally they live a life of crime just because no one really cares what you look like or what you are. They only thing that matters is if they can get the job done. I imagine playing him has true neutral.
So my DM is allowing me to do a little home brewing for our next campaign. I plan on playing a half demon hexblade warlock. I decided to half human and half demon. I am really struggling to come up with a back story for this character. I am trying to make this character really different and not fall into normal tropes or have him be an edge lord type character. I want to really surprise my party with this character. my thought personality wise I would have him more or less be kinda of a starlord/ Peter quill type. I more or less having writers block and just can't seem to come up with anything. I would love to get some ideas from the community any advice is much appreciated!
Okay thanks for the tip ill look into it! I have been trying to play him as nutural as i can. I thought it would be a interesting RP opportunity to just kind of remind the group of what he's consistently struggling with and what it takes maintain his humanity but do it in a organic way.
I am currently playing a level 13 Blood Hunter the order that He is following is the order of the ghost slayer. I know with being a blood hunter they are constantly trying to not become what they hunt. I feel like the group lost what it is to be associtated with a blood hunter and to know what they are constently fighting within themselves. I was wondering if anyone could help me find a way or certain things I could do to start show my character crossing those lines. I think it could be a interesting dynamic but I am not sure how to go about it. Any tips or ideas would be great!
After watching critical role and they were talking about this app to use for your character sheet and I thought it sounded cool so I thought I'd try it. I am currently a level 12 bloodhunter and when creating the sheet within the app I go to choose the option where you can create a sheet for a character at whatever level but it does not give me the option to choose the bloodhunter class. I can only choose a bloodhunter class if I am starting a brand new character at level 1. Does anyone know if there fixing this or if I am missing something?
