I'm making a variant race of kobold and adding innate spellcasting
I'm offering 3 choices (cantrip, level 1 spell and level 3 spell)
Only two of the 3 choices shows up at character creation
My issue exists because when I first made it all three showed up and now for some reason only 2/3 show up
Is this a bug?
