New to DnD beyond and trying to get my campaign set rolling. I have access to the sourcebooks, can read them all, and can see the info on my account. But cannot access the wild magic sorcerer origin in character creation. Looks like everything else is there. This seems to be the only omission. Am I just not seeing something?
If the content is being shared with you through the Campaign you will only be able to access it in the builder on the character in that campaign. If this is the character in the campaign, do you have access to any subclass for the sorcerer outside of the Draconic origin (which is the one provided in the Basic Rules for free)?

I have all the material on my own account. So sharing shouldn’t be the issue. I can see Aberrant Mind, Clockwork Soul, Divine Soul, Draconic Bloodline, Shadow Mage, and Storm Sorcery. Then that’s it. No scrolling down.
I can pull up the info directly from the sourcebook on my account. I just see it in the creator. And just this. None of my other characters seem to be having this issue. Just the wild mage.
On that same page, also scroll down to 'Current Product Licenses' and make sure you have the PHB listed there. If you don't own the PHB, then you've got access through content sharing. Make sure it's from someone in this campaign, and have whoever's providing the content sharing turn it off then on again. See if that fixes it. But it might also be, if you're in more than one campaign, that someone in campaign A is sharing the PHB with you, and you're having an issue in campaign B, where no one is sharing it.
Everything says it’s synched up. And I can see the permissions for the sourcebook bundle below the link to my receipt. The books aren’t listed out individually, but it does say sourcebook bundle and I can access the PHB outside of character creation.
Yup. says I’m synched. bought the sourcebook bundle, so can’t see the individual book licenses, but everything is coming up except this subclass (so far anyway). And I never bother with browser extensions.
Check to see if you're missing the other subclasses that are in the phb but not in the basic rules. For example, check rogue to see if you have access to assassin and arcane trickster.

Put in a support ticket over the weekend. This is the only problem I can find. I’ve been putting a lot of characters together. This is the character one of my players wants though. So it’s kind of an Achilles heel for campaign prep.
No VPN, No ad block, I have the license and everything is synched, and this is happening across multiple devices (my own and my players accessing the campaign with permissions unlocked)
Think that trouble ticket is the going to be the only answer. Tomorrow’s 72 hours. If it resolves it, I’ll add that to this thread in case anyone else encounters this.
I'm midway through a campaign, just trying a resource that can kind of encompass a number of different things, and D&D Beyond definitely looks like it will suit nicely, if this can be resolved…

Do you have any browser extensions installed? If so please try disabling them as they can interfere with the website and see if it's still happening.

Having the same problem, and the circumstances as OP. Would love to hear from the devs about this.
Have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided so far?

Yup.
says I’m synched.

And I never bother with browser extensions.
Is this related to ThesLightfoot and the OP both having the Sourcebook Bundle?
I have a weird sense of humor.
I also make maps.(That's a link)

I have access to both of those subclasses.
Are you using a VPN or any security software, and does this occur across multiple devices and connections?

No VPN. Just an Ad Blocker on one device.
Across multiple devices, now multiple connections, and multiple bowsers.
