Potions of healing exist. Just filter for "healing" on the add items list.
As for spell scrolls, I'd recommend typing them in the "other possessions" section. Right now you can add Spell Scroll (Level #), but it won't allow you to customize the scroll with a specific spell.
If they absolutely want the scroll with the spell on it, you are welcome to homebrew it - please do NOT submit it for public listing though, as long as it's in your collections, the players in your campaign will be able to add it.
Thanks for the response. So the issue with the Potion of Healing is that it's not under potions. We were filtering by potions and then typing healing in the box and not finding it. Once we deselected the potion box, it appeared in the results. Odd, but at least we know now.

It shows up under potions for me.

What about Glassstaff's staff of defense? I note that is not in the item list.
It is if you have access to Lost Mine of Phandelver.

While playing the Lost Mine of Phandelver there's a chest that contains items that aren't available in the site's item list.

The chest contains 160 sp, 120 gp, five malachite gems (15 gp each), two potions of healing, and a scroll of augury.
When my players tried to add the potions of healing and the scroll of augury we discovered that none of these items existed.
