There are official magic items (Tentacle Rod) that have actions tied to them that do not work because the tools do not currently allow magic items to have actions tied to them.

Expected behavior is that I would see an attack on the actions tab that says "Tentacle (Strike) | 15 ft reach | +9 | 1d6"
