During a session last night one of my players character sheet suddenly became inaccessable in the middle of the session. last thing he did was add an item to his other possesions. here is the API error code: 6a6bac452ebf4524a4a8612bc619ce72 and the version: 5.22.3 Any help at all would be great since it isnt on his end, I as his DM cannot access it either.
Was the item added a homebrew item? That ,pray have broken the sheet. If you can’t even edit it, you may need to file a support ticket, using the “contact us” link below.
If it's a homebrew item, and you know what the item is that broke the sheet, then post a link to it here (even if it's not published). I or another moderator can take a look at what caused the issue. It's often an issue with charges.

He added text to his Other Possessions, not adding an actual item to his inventory. Kind of the way that other possessions is just a note pad.
Are you able to Edit the character if not View it? If you can open it in the Character Builder, try going to the Equipment page and scrolling down to Other Possessions.
Also, post the url to the character sheet so staff can take a look.
