I’ve been trying to look over “The Radiant Citadel” I have purchased it as I’ve been able to look it over in the past and it claims I own it, but I’m not able to access it. I looked over my purchase history and says I have a product key for it.
When I click on the link for the book (both the one you provided and the one from the book listing) it tells me I have to purchase the book which I already had done, when I add it to the cart to purchase it it’ll only allow me to buy it as a gift.

You're probably after the full digital book, "Journeys through the Radiant Citadel" - you can find that on the main menu, under SOURCES, or at the following link:
I had a problem where I bought the book while signed into a friend’s account. Perhaps it’s worth checking any other accounts you have access to if the book was purchased on that account.
I’m having an issue where I did purchase the newest players handbook but it says I can only choose from features from the 2014 handbook, dungeon masters guide and basic rules.

when you say you can't access it - please can you explain what the trouble is?

You can also find that by going to the mega menu at the top of the page, hovering SOURCES and clicking on VIEW ALL SOURCES.
If you cannot access the page from that link, please can you let us know what you see instead?

I am having the same problem just with another book (spellJammer). Did they ever resolve your issue?
