Cannot add feats to my character

When I try to use manage feats to add a feat for my new character I there are no choices but grappler and firearm specialist which don't go well with my tortle druid. Any ideas why I can't add anything? Thanks all.

The other feats are not considered “free content.” To access the others you must purchase access to them.
