This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels

I'm trying to figure out why my 5.5e Druid subclass isn't publishing. All features have required levels, mechanical effects, and listing order. I have tried with 3,6,10,14 and with 2,3,6,10,14, but still...

"This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels."

Any suggestions to try and sort this out? Thanks

Edit: I even tried copying Circle of the Moon. As soon as I added it, it got flagged as missing features...

Add an empty and hidden level 1 feature.

Ensure you are clicking the Save Changes button on the main edit page as this force-updates the validation recheck.

I am updating a Homebrew Subclass I already published, but wanted to update after a year of actually playing it.  Although I created a new version of the same published class, I am getting this error: (this homebrew subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.)

Its a cleric subclass with 3 - 3rd level abilities, 1 - 6th level ability and 1 - 17th level ability.  Has anyone seen this strange error before.  I have gone in and specifically saved every class feature and the subclass as a whole.

Yeah, as you can see from this thread, this issue has been happening on and off (sometimes with all classes, sometimes with just some of them) for several years. It'll appear suddenly without warning and then go away again without warning. In at least one case it was triggered by the release of a new official subclass, because the thing that checks which levels are correct seemingly gets its list of correct levels by looking at existing official subclasses. 

Since a new Cleric subclass was recently released as part of Arcana Unleashed, it's very possible that this same version of the issue has come up again. The Arcana Domain subclass may have some hidden features at other levels that are tripping it up.

Sometimes people have had luck with putting in "dummy" features at other levels, but there's no way to know which levels those are other than trial and error. If that doesn't work, unfortunately there's nothing you can do until they get around to fixing it again.
