I've been able to duplicate what you're experiencing as well - I can see the full text of your subclass when I view it, yet if I view the subclass from a test account that doesn't have access to all content, I only see the condensed view that your friends see.
It seems that it's somehow linked to accessing one of the sourcebooks, as when I add my test account to a campaign with content sharing enabled, it can see all of the details.
I'm going to refer this one to staff to take a look at.

The options the user can pick from at level 7 show up just fine when I look at it. However when my friends look at it they do not see the option text.
