I also want to buy just the oathbreaker, how do i do it?
Unfortunately D&D Beyond's Marketplace no longer allows purchasing individual character options. Currently the only way to get that subclass is to purchase the book it appears in (the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide).
Can someone show me how to find the subclass oathbreaker paladin I cannot find it.
It’s included in the 2014 Dungeon Master’s Guide (not the 2024 one!) so you’ll need to own that book on D&D Beyond or have access to it through content sharing.
You’ll need to have purchased the 2014 DMG, or have that character assigned to a campaign where that book is shared with you.
In your character settings, you’ll also need to ensure 2014 Core Rules is enabled for that character.
When selecting your subclass, you’ll find it under 2014 Core Rules. (It actually doesn’t matter whether you choose the 2014 or 2024 Paladin class. It is indeed available for both.)
Replying to this post in case no one mentioned it yet, but to actually select Oathbreaker as your character's subclass you have to both buy the 2014 DMG and set your character's alignment to evil

This is not correct. D&D Beyond does not enforce alignment restrictions like this.

I would like to recommend testing stuff before posting if the test is very easy to do. This way you don't spread misinformation.
Your assertation can be very easily tested and is completely false.

do you know how i can use it in the dnd beyond charaters
It’s a Paladin subclass, so if you have access to it, you should see it in the drop-down list of subclasses when your character is level 3.
It’s currently only available for the 2014 version of the Paladin class.
