So I was trying to create a new character but I had used up all my slots. The issue is I have a masters subscription. It says it is active but it didn't bill me on 5/29 and I'm not sure what to do since customer support has been totally unresponsive.
When my original Master sub ran out earlier this year, it did not auto-renew. I just went to the sub page and bought it again. You will have to re-enable content sharing in any campaigns you are in afterwards.
