I purchased the spellcaster - healer enemy from the bundle thinking I would get access to all the levels of it in the encounter builder. Unfortunately it only gives me access to 1St level and tells me to purchase the others seperately. Also there is no way to purchase any other levels individually that I can find.

Whilst we have modelled sidekicks using our monster database, Sidekicks are not monsters - they are npc party members. They don't have a CR (challenge rating) and shouldn't be used in the encounter builder.
In the extra menu under sidekick, the sidekicks are not showing up
Have you purchased Dragon of icespire peak or are you in a campaign with content sharing turned on where someone has Dragon of Icespire Peak?
I purchased the physical bundle and input the code. I am trying to use the content in my own campaign and that’s where the sidekicks aren’t showing up. I am in another campaign with content sharing enabled and sidekicks are working. Do I need a subscription? Or other content (dm guide, player handbook)?
Yes. The Support article referenced atop this thread says:
How do I get the additional content?
Once you have claimed the adventure to your account, the additional content will automatically be added as well.
I did not find that helpful at all. I have no idea what it means. Added to what? I can see info about the items, but cannot download (or purchase) anything.

Added to the content available for you to access here on the website. With the exception of the maps pack, content purchased here can’t be downloaded from the website. Content can be downloaded into the mobile app, but only for use in the app.
If you purchased the boxed set for Dragon of Ice Spire peak and successfully redeemed the code to have access to that adventure, you should now also have access to the additional three adventures. What happens if you click on the links below?
In terms of your other post, if you are referring to the font and character choices for the codes, yes, they were designed poorly. D&D Beyond (aka DDB) din’t have input on those: Wizards or someone they hired to create the sheet is the source of that problem. DDB folks know it was messed up, and I’m sure they have passed on the feedback about that to Wizards. Hopefully another time around the codes will be clearer.
I have DOIP, but my player wants to create a War Domain Cleric, however, I can only select Life Domain, despite the War Domain being in the rulebook.
The DDB version of DOIP includes only the adventure and the related magic items, monsters, and so forth. [Plus additional free adventures] . It does not include subclasses that are not part of the Basic Rules/SRD. For those you either need to homebrew them or purchase them. You can purchase them individually, or purchase the Players Handbook (PHB). Note that if you purchased DOIP as a boxed set and then redeemed the code here, you should also have a code for 50% off the PHB. I think that's why they did not include the non SRD subclasses with the DOIP adventure on DDB.
Shame, The War Domain cleric is in the DOIP rulebook, don't fancy purchasing it twice, thanks for the reply I'll do it the old fashioned way.
Yeah, DOIP is an exception in many ways, including this one. (To be fair, though, I can't think of any other adventure that includes subclasses). War cleric itself is only $1.99, but no worries if you choose pencil and paper. Either way happy gaming!
Essentials Kit and the 50% code was my gateway drug into DDBeyond. Now My whole church group uses DDBeyond so we have collaborated in a church DDBeyond account (sponsored by DDBeyond with a club account) with all the books for all the character generaation options.

WOW. Awesome to hear that!!

I think it would be useful to include information about the sidekick a player has on his character sheet. Maybe in the equipment section, or in features and traits. Or even a whole section dedicated to the sidekick and his stats. I know there is a section in the application, but not on the character sheet. I'm old fashion that way. I still play D&D with pen and paper.

Hello! If you go into the "Extras" tab of the character sheet, you can directly add your sidekick there, and edit it from there as well!

The player version of the map for Dwarven Excavation still shows hidden doors and treasure spots. Please kindly remove those symbols, thanks!
On a similar note the Gnomengarde player map shows the secret passage between G14 and G15. It doesn't show the secret doors, but the corridor is clearly marked.

That's bad User Design. Codes shouldn't be generated or printed in a manner that is confusing.

Hiya,
The player version of the map for Dwarven Excavation still shows hidden doors and treasure spots. Please kindly remove those symbols, thanks!
I used my icespire peak code and got the digital content on the website but it hasn't transferred to the app.

This is a suggestion and not a bug.

I think they were referring to the exported pdf.
