I can't log in to my DDB account on Firefox. It works perfectly fine in Chrome (as evidenced by my posting here), but when I try in Firefox, the Google Account pop-up won't show up and as such I can't log in. As you see in this screenshot I have added the site to my content blocking exceptions and allowed all cookies and pop-ups.
I don't want to create a Twitch account, I don't want to change browsers. Any idea how I could fix this?
I'm having this same issue. The popup is not blocked. I can input my email and password, but once I click "sign in", it closes the window and does nothing.
Sorry to bump a dead thread, but I couldn't find this anywhere else. I'm getting the same experience. Works fine in Edge and Chrome, but in Firefox the google sign in pops up, I sign in and the box closes but nothing else happens. I've tried completely clearing my cache twice and even a reboot just for good measure and still nothing. It worked fine before yesterday. Any help?
Edit: Other google sign in sites work fine and it works in 'private' mode, but still nothing even after clearing the cache and rebooting again. Looks like no help on this?
I was having this same problem too. Private Browsing didn't work, troubleshooting mode (which disables all extensions) didn't work, nothing worked. Today my Firefox updated to version 105.0.3, and I could log in in Private and troubleshooting mode. I was able to track my specific problem to the Privacy Badger extension, probably blocking certain tracking cookies Google used.

Yep, that did it. Not sure what changed with that update, but thank you, it was driving me crazy.
Hey, I'm also having this issue - I disabled Privacy Badger on Firefox but now I'm getting a message saying that my google account couldn't be linked because of third party cookie blockers. Not sure what other things I'd need to disable or if it's an issue with Firefox's internal privacy settings or something. Can anybody help?
UPDATE: Found the problem, the latest version of Firefox has automatic cookie blocking enabled, I was able to fix the login issue by following this guide: Click on Menu and select Settings Go to Privacy & Security Under Browser Privacy > Enhanced Tracking Protection Choose Custom Click the dropdown arrow for cookies and select “cross-site tracking cookies, and isolate other cross-site cookies” Restart Firefox
Try clicking the shield symbol just to the left of the https lock and turning off enhanced protection if it's turned on and make sure protection settings down at the bottom are set to standard and see if that helps.

Thanks!
When you click "Sign in With Google" it should open another window (at least it does for me).
Is that window getting blocked or hidden?
