Okay, sorry I am new to this. I pay for the master sub, and i shared the content with my group. How do they access the Content.
In the character builder and on the character sheet. They can also read the sourcebooks under the Sources tab at the top of the screen, and view the individual content pieces under the Rules tab.
Yes, each master tier sub can activate content sharing with a maximum of 5 campaigns. However, if someone else in the campaign activates content sharing then you can still share your content.
Sorry to comment on an old board, but I am a player in my friend's campaign, and I have gotten the DM subscription and have enabled content sharing. How does she (the DM) access the books I bought? Do I just send her the DND Beyond link and it won't ask her to buy it anymore or how do I make sure she can access it, if that makes sense?

If you have enabled content sharing, then that should be all that needs doing. They should simply now be able to access every book that you and everyone else in the campaign has purchased automatically. You and your DM might need to make sure that your Account Entitlements are in sync just to reset the system to recognize that you’re sharing your content with her, which you can do here: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace), but that should be it, and most of the time even that isn’t necessary.

This is news to me and solved my issues of not being able to share content. I had no idea that the campaign limit was 5.
Thank you!
Do the non master subscribers need the hero subscription in order to get the shared content or can they access to it without any subscription?
This does not occur on my latest campaign. is there a LIMIT?
