When adding/editing an action for a homebrew subclass feature, the "Is proficient" check box is not saving. If I check the box, click the save button and return to the page, the box is unchecked. The proficiency bonus is also not applied to the corresponding character sheet display for the action.

Edit any feature with an action, then edit an action and check the "Is Proficient" checkbox in the top right and save it. Then go back to edit the action again and "Is Proficient" is no longer selected.
If you are talking about the Class feature to cast the Sign, the Action is designated as a Spell. Which automatically adds your proficiency modifier anyway. The "Is Proficient" checkbox, in that case, is not needed :)
Thanks, but there is still a bug here. I have tried setting it to "Spell", "General", and "Weapon." None of these save the UI persistence of the "Is Proficient" checkbox, and for me, it is not auto-adding it, regardless of the selection. However it appears to be a UI bug, in that if I check the box and then immediately save, the proficiency is added. However, when I go in and make the next edit, I have to make sure I check the box again, or that setting gets lost in the next save.
I am able to work around the issue, but the actions are still getting messed up frequently.
I'd like to point out that this post has been flagged as "Resolved" but it is not resolved. There is a workaround to a still present bug. Maybe it isn't a priority bug, but it isn't a resolved one either.
Doesn't stay checked for me on mobile either, at least not after a quick test. I opened an action on my iPhone, clicked "is proficient", clicked save, then re-opened the action and it wasn't checked.
Somehow the proficiency bonus to attack is being used on a character, and the character's action is listed as proficient on his sheet. However, the action is still shown as not proficient on the homebrew sublclass action editor.

Post a link to the homebrew for a mod to check. It does not have to be published.

This is still a bug, cant add the "is proficient" checkbox to an action of a subclass feature.
Edit: Wont work on mobile either.

I think it is now. Yesterday I went to edit something and when I scrolled up to recheck the box I didn’t have to.
