Are you running the game in person or online? If you are running it online in a Virtual Table Top like Roll20, it should have a Journal / Handouts feature where you can add information for the players to access.
If its an in-person game, something like One-Note or Google Docs should work.
I used a Google Sheets document to track loot, events, people, etc.

Let me start by explaining that I am autistic and dont always understand how to ask in the most efficient way, that said I Will still try.
I have bought a bunch of content, subbed at dm level and created campaign no problem.
If I share the module I am running with my group [Storm Kings Thunder] what will they see?
Everything, only chapters as I release them [once they pass that point in the campaign], or another option?
