I do not see the Herbalism kit in the tools section, even though it is suggested. I have the Legendary pack so I doubt it is because it wasn't purchased.
Hmm, it seems to be showing up in my equipment section. Are you talking about tool proficiency in the background? If so, did you check to see if you already gained proficiency with the kit from some other source?

Ahhh, figured it out (thanks for the link - helped a lot). As Sillvva pointed out, if you gain the proficiency from another source (like Human Variant feat, etc.) it wont show in the list as the builder doesnt want you to take the same proficiency twice.
Druids are automatically proficient with Herbalism Kits - this is part of the class features. As such, none of the drop downs where you can pick a proficiency will show Herbalism Kit as an option.

Can you provide more info on where you see this missing? Is it as part of a Background where you are selecting proficiency?

It is under character creation, Description, Suggested Tool Profciency. Maybe I had it wrong before and it should have been poisoners kit?
