Hello! Please ensure that you (the owner of the Master Tier subscription) has selected to enable content sharing on the campaign of your choice. Keep in mind that you have a maximum of 5 campaigns that can have content sharing active, which is a temporary increase from 3.
Also ensure that someone inside of the campaign has purchased the content you are wanting to have shared, whether that is you or another member of the campaign.
Only characters inside of the campaign where the content is being shared will have access to the content, so make sure that the users creating the character they want to use the shared content on are being created or edited inside of the campaign!
If this information doesn't help, please let us know specifically what content you're having an issue with, and we can try to help further. :)
Hi. I just purchased a Master sub and a bunch of little bundles for my players. I enabled content sharing but it is not currently working.
When I go into Content Management and try to allow everything, it'll give me a little loading screen but then nothing appears in the table (as in, it's neither allowed or disallowed). I'm not fully sure what to do to resolve this.

If you enable content sharing for the campaign then everything owned by anyone in the campaign is automatically shared. All “content management” does is let you turn off the ability for them to read the books.
Anyone else having this problem again recently? Running a campaign, one of my players has Master Subscription and allowed content sharing of his products. All was fine, but over the last week, content that should be available isn't, they I'll check again and it is, then next time I login, it's gone again?! Really confused. Also my players level up next session, so I don't want them to be stuck unable to add feats/spells etc that they have been looking forward to taking. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Ask the player with the Master Tier Sub to do the following:
-go to their username in the upper right corner; click Account, then click on the Marketplace Tab; there will be a section about Account Entitlements. If there is a sync button, have them click it. (if their entitlements are in sync, there won't be a button)
-turn content sharing off. Log off. Wait 15 minutes. Log back on and turn content sharing back on
Please let us know whether or not either of those approaches fixes the problem.
Hey, so I was showing my new group the character creator and they could only choose from the PHB stuff while content sharing was enabled. They created it over the campaign link, so that´s not the issue. Does someone have an idea how to solve this quickly? Thanks for every guess!
PHB is not free, so if that content was being shared then content sharing must have been working to some extent.
Have you purchased content other than the PHB? If so, which content? Depending on what content you have they may have to enable different settings for their character sheets.
If you have purchased additional content, then you can check here to make sure your “account entitlements” are in synch, and if not re-sync it. You can do so here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace
Finally, it never hurts to try flipping content sharing off and back on again either.
I'm having similar, but slightly different issues. I'm about to start Tomb of Annihilation, but my players can't access things like the Archaeologist background. I don't want to share the adventure with them for obvious reasons, but is there a way to share source content from the book?
I've checked Account Entitlements and it says "Your entitlements data is in sync!". I've also shared the content, unshared all content, logged out, waited, logged in, shared all but ToA. No luck.
Try to toggle sharing off and on quick, and have them make sure their entitlements are in sync. They will need to have the character in the campaign, or be creating a new one through the invite link in order to access it.

Yeah. I had another player in the same campaign check as well. If I have the Tomb of Annihilation content enabled, they have access to the archaeologist background, but if I disable Tomb of Annihilation, then they don't. Is this intended behavior? I was under the impression that they would have access to things like character backgrounds but not the adventure.
i am having the issue right now i am not the dm but a the content share it says blocked on about half i all the books plz help
Are the blocked books adventure modules? It's not uncommon for DMs to choose to restrict access to adventure compendiums to prevent players from reading the module. You should still be able to access the options from the books in your character builder and sheet.

Afternoon, I just purchased the master subscription and I can access all the books but I can not share any in my campaign.
When it's turned on and I go to manage content and select share I see a load wheel and then I can't see anything being shared.
My players also can not seem to see or access anything from my purchased content at all whether I have selected share or not.
It is very frustrating as we were attempting to build the party.
follow the instructions in the post just above yours. Does that make a difference? If not, are you using a VPN or browser extensions?

I had one of my players check their entitlements and they also have the "Your entitlements data is in sync!" message.
And the character is the one in your campaign?
