I suspect someone at Customer Support was misinformed when they denied your freebies. Contact Stormknight via PM.
Is this actually a viable option? Because I'm about done with support - was just told their directive was no one with the bundle is to get these bonuses.

That is absolutely possible. Just don’t over do it, or start with that option. It’s kindofa “break glass in case of emergency” type of thing.
Oh, don't worry - I'm going full <REDACTED>. My most recent response told the support staff either had this ticket to a higher up or refund me my source bundle and I'll just purchase MOot individually. Since apparently that's how the team meant for me to receive the bonus. That was 8 hours ago so we'll see how this works.
Also, please don't contact me via PM, as I am not the correct person to help resolve this for you - that is absolutely the customer support team. 😊
My apologies. I understand that I should have instead directed folks to Sorce in regards to this unresolved matter. At least my fopoux has raised awareness of another user’s unresolved customer support issue.
I only directed them to you Stormknight, because what the Customer Support Team could not resolve in a month and a half, you got fixed in 2 days. My telling folks to PM you was like the DDB version telling folks to yell “HELP ME SUPERMAN!” if they are ever falling from a great height in Metropolis. Please take that as the compliment it is intended to be. (And thank you again for your help in resolving that other matter!)

Don't bother contacting Sorce - he's the one "helping" me with my ticket - and giving me the "we don't get the bonuses."
If this is all true than I am beyond disappointed in DDB. I get why they normally don't give the bonus as once the book is released and becomes part of the bundle the bonus giveaway period has ended. But if the bonus is still going on then what the heck? It makes NO sense. If I already owned a bundle and bought MOoT with my bundle discount I would have gotten the extras so why should I not get it for buying the bundle with MOoT. THERE IS NO REASON AND NO LOGIC BEHIND THIS. Its absolute crap! After all this time trying to decide if I want to take the plunge with DDB this is the first experience I have with them? Very telling of a company I perhaps don't want to support moving forward.
Given that the bonuses are minor, free, but technically pointless things that do very little, all this fuss is laughable.
Leaders failing their country, cops killing innocent people, riots, viral pandemic locking down entire nations, and more.
And you're throwing tantrums because somebody got very minor cosmetic pre-order bonuses outside of pre-ordering, and were able to save maybe $3, at absolute most, by getting it in the bundle instead.
Just hilarious.

Yeah all this - I wouldn't have an issue if they didn't extend the bonuses period. But the fact that some have gotten different answers from support than me is absolutely ridiculous. To tell me well yeah you bought the book, but we meant for you to buy it individually so you don't get the bonuses, it nuts. Especially when the offer says you have to buy the book. That's it.
I get that it wasn't automatic because the system might not have been in place. But they can absolutely manually add them as seen by Pax.
I really hope some higher up people at Beyond are seeing this thread and just not commenting but doing something about this. Beyond is a great system and I love the direction it is going. But as someone who spent many years in retail and customer support - not being helpful to your consumers is the worst sin and make me think twice about purchases moving forward.

I'll be frank - I don't actually care about cosmetic bonuses. But now the issue is Beyond has not followed through on something they said. Whats even worse is they have followed through for some people and not for others. The only reason I'm even fighting this is due to principal and nothing more. Now it's about a company following though on what they said people would get and also making sure they are treating every consumer fairly - if Pax hadn't been in the same boat as me and gotten the bonuses, honestly i probably would have dropped my ticket. But now i have an issue that I am being denied this when a consumer in with the exact situation got a different result.

Agreed. I have been in the customer service industry for years. I know when a customer is trying to play the system and get something they shouldn't and when the company I work for just made a mistake and has to make it right. DDB made a mistake here. I don't think it was malicious but trying to not make it right bothers me a lot. You offer states buy the book. It makes no note of "buy it individually". I mean if I already owned a bundle and bought the book I would get the extras and there would be no price difference then if I bought the bundle with the book due to the discount they give you. So if someone can explain to m a good and valid reason behind this "logic" I am all ears.

The "logic" explained to me is normally you can't buy a book in a bundle until it comes out - so the pre-order bonus falls off prior to the book being in the bundle . Totally get that and makes sense. However, pre-order bonus extended there by creating an issue where the book is already in the bundle and they are offering the bonuses. So like I'm going to believe that the beyond system is not able to register the purchase and automatically give out the bonuses. Fine - but I frankly don't see how anyone can look at this unorthodox situation and say well "normally you don't get the bonuses when buying a bundle because the bonus ends before the book goes into bundle. So you don't get the bonus even though we extended the time frame to receive the bonus."

So, you're only allowed to be upset by the absolute worst thing happening anywhere on the planet, then?
Nah, bro. I can multitask ... I'll be part of a BLM demonstration (totally nonviolent, and across six states simultaneously) this weekend; I can follow the guidelines of public health experts like Dr. Fauci; I can vote in November; that leaves me plenty of time to pop in here for a few minutes at a time, to discuss things related to MOoT.

So by that logic, if you had purchased MOoT individually, you would have gotten your freebies, and the Bundle price would have been credited by that dollar amount thereby reducing the price of the bundle, and DDB would have had to pay two fees to the processing company instead of one.
One supposes you could ask for a refund for the bundle, get MOoT (with freebies) and then repurchase the bundle, and then DDB can pay even more fees to the processing company. Wouldn’t that resolve the issue?
Use an Amex card, the processing companies charge vendors an additional 1.5% to process Amex as opposed to other cards. 😂
To be fair, I came from the Magic side of things.
So let’s not be too judgmental about D&D players.
Is this actually a viable option? Because I'm about done with support - was just told their directive was no one with the bundle is to get these bonuses.
Dude, if you preordered under any conditions, you met the conditions of getting a preorder bonus.
Absolutely make a stink.
