I've been playing this character for a bit progressively, but didn't realize until i tried to make the same character again to look at something that the stats on my first character are showing way higher ability mods than when i tried to remake it. I thought initially because of my expertise they were that high, but i realized it looks like the sheet is applying proficiency to basically everything? I don't get it.
It appears your Plastic Sheriff Badge is not setup properly. Toggle it on and off and notice how your skills change. It appears to be add your charisma modifier + 3 to all your ability checks. Instead of just adding a flat +3 bonus to deception checks.

Wow thanks for the quick replies, everyone! I'm going to have my DM take a peak at this feedback. Turns out I shouldn't have been so salty about my "sub par magic item" I found hahaha

If anyone can show me where something may be different, i'm all ears! thanks
Could it be one of the magic items? I suspect the Plastic Sheriff's Badge might be set up to give +5 to all skills perhaps?
