I had the same problem two weeks ago, clearing cache didn't help, it even made it worse.
What worked for me was logging out of my account -> refreshing page -> logging back into my account.
Hope that helps.
That worked !! Thanks!
I just wanted to mention that 2 years later, this post came up and solved my problem. It took clearing the cache and logging out, but it worked!
This also worked for me (clearing cache and logging out and back in). Thanks!
Just clearing cache and Browsing history worked for me. I didn't have to log out.

Just had the same issue. Clearing the data on its own (site settings->clear data) hadn't worked. But clearing the browsing history was the magic key. Thanks!

I just had this problem. Reloading and signing out didn't work, but clearing cache did.
