The Compendium app version of the book has several missing maps. All the DM versions of the below mentioned maps are missing but there is a link to the Player Version in each case.
Caer-Dineval: is missing the whole Caer (castle) maps. There is only a link to the Player version but the DM version is missing.
Caer Konig: The Duergar outpost maps in The Unseen quest section are missing.
Dougan's Hole: Frost Giant Ice Lodge map is missing from the Holed Up quest.
Easthaven: Town Hall map is missing.
Good Mead: The Mead Must Flow quest is missing the Verbeeg Lair map.
Lonelywood: In the White Moose quest The Elven Tomb map is missing.
Targos: Mountain Climb quest is missing the Climbing Kelvin's Cairn/Frozen Cave map.
Termalaine: A Beautiful Mine quest is missing the Gem Mine map.
Jarlmoot: Map is missing.
Exactly the same for me. They're missing on my compendium app on both my mobile and my tablet.
Like many others I am missing the preorder bonuses, the dice are showing up but nothing else. Clearing cash or changing the sheet does not help. I was the one who bought the book.
My friend has all the digital books and share them for a campaign for our group. We have access to every book since he pay for the online subsciption, but Icedale won't show up to anyone one.

Ask you friend to turn content sharing off and then back on again. If that doesn’t do it, have everyone in the group-including your friend-click on their user name in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose account, then click on the marketplace tab. If it says you need to resend entitlements, click on the sync button.
The mobile app version of the book is missing keyed maps for quests, but the player maps are available. I haven't read through everything yet, but maps 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 1.11, 1.13, 1.15, 1.17, and 1.19 are not present. As well, many links supposedly pointing to Appendix C lead to the table of contents. The version at DNDBeyond.com is fine, but the book on my tablet is not. I also checked it on a separate tablet and it was missing there as well, so it must be the app version.
On page 45, which describes the end result of the “Black Swords” quest, it is stated that “the characters are doomed to cross paths with the cultists again in chapter 8.” However, the book has only 7 chapters. Can anyone direct me to the point at which the cultists would show up again?
The physical book, on page 212, G.21 Hall of the Four Winds cites three tablets of ice in the description text. The very next sentence after the description text quotes the inscriptions on the four ice tablets.

Avarice and the Knights of the Black Sword appear again in Chapter 7. Pages 259-260 has the specifics.
Came here after I had the book on my phone (Android) but it wouldn't show up on my tablet (iPad). Reinstalling the app on my iPad worked, I see the book now.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else saw the same.
I unlocked the Legacy Bundle which states that it includes Rime of the Frost Maiden, but then when I go it in in sources, it forwards me to a link to purchase it.
I’m having issues with opening the ice wind dale adventure from the app on iPad. Every time I open it, the app closes by itself. Does anyone have this issue? I tried restarting the iPad, but other than that I don’t know what to do. Could anyone help me?
The problem exists only on iPad, I’ve tried it on mobile and it works effortless.
The town speaker of Termalaine, Oarus Masthew, is once marked having the statblock of an scout and further down it is said that he has the statblock of a veteran.

Hey there -
I've verified that this matches the hardcover book directly. If WotC releases an errata, we'll update the content on our side as well!

The cache goblins have been dealt with - those missing tooltips should now show up for everyone.
edit: Double post, sorry
Thanks for the answer.
Hmm, it still omits the item on both my Android and iOS app...

I can confirm the same problem with those maps on my apps (tablet and phone).
Also Jarlmoot (2.8) and Wyrmdoom Crag (2.14) DM map are missing on the app, but both contain a link to the player map.
So its been a couple of days...
I have the backgrounds and the frames from the pre-order, but literally no dice...
Cache has been cleared, history cleared and a full reboot... and guess what - no dice.
We put real money in your pockets for these items - it would be nice to see these issues resolved...
