I'm trying to make a homebrewed subclass for a campaign I'm in and for some reason the box thing that has various links that's normally on the very bottom is covering part of the initial description box in the center of the page, can someone tell me why it's doing this and how to fix it? I have the image to show on my laptop but I also don't know how to insert it to show you what I mean on my end.

One fix is to just hide the HTML portion of the footer using inspect. On some tools and browsers, this could be permanent until you manually revert the change, and in others it only lasts until you reload the page. So it works, but be careful.
I'm seeing some people trying to fix it by zooming in or out, which is yucky. I'm reposting this fix and explaining it better, which will work on any pc browser that allows you to inspect. Mobile people, I'm sorry; I'm not invested enough to find a fix for you.
Just right click on the footer banner and click Inspect element. On the window that pops up, you'll find yourself in an element of the banner. Scroll up a couple of lines (like three or five, at most) until you see a line that says <footer id="footer">. It should be the ONLY line in this entire mess of HTML code, so you literally can't confuse it for something else. Right click on it and click on Hide element. You'll see the banner disappear. It should come back when you reload the page, so don't worry.
This fix is not permanent, which is good for less tech-savvy users so they don't permanently lose the footer banner. More tech-savvy users will know how to permanently hide it and bring it back at will. Otherwise, you can repeat the same steps and clicking on Hide element again will unselect the option. You will have to repeat this every time you reload the page (if you need to edit the description or whatever it's blocking; if not, then don't bother).
This is definitely an issue the D&DB needs to fix, but it is by no means an life-or-death issue. Just a minor annoyance.
EDIT: This whole thing should work on any Chromium browser exactly as I described. Which is a lot of browsers out now: Chrome, Edge, Opera, etc.
Hey crew, this is a bug in the page.Looks like the footer div is out of place. On other pages it is nested in the site div. Probably needs to be moved into the site div like on other pages so the CSS can work properly. For now hiding it manually is all you can do until they can edit the html.
Edit: Can confirm moving the footer into the site div fixes the issue. Not sure what they are using on the back-end but its a pretty simple fix if they don't have to recompile to push the change.
While editing class features, the info footer that would normally be at the very bottom of the webpage is covering the class feature description box, making editing and creating classes nearly impossible. scrolling doesn't help either. Is anyone else having this problem?
AdBlock Plus in Chrome, nothing in Edge. No extensions. I am using a VPN. I'll disconnect and update if there's a change.
*edit*
there is no difference on VPN or not. This just started this morning; it's been fine up until today.
*edit 2*
This is only happening on the subclass editor. It's the banner from the bottom of the screen, which for some reason isn't at the bottom of the screen. It's happening on every PC I try it on, incognito mode, etc. It's definitely something with the sublcass editor, at least from what I can tell.
I have been having the exact same problem, but I don't have any of those extensions.
It is very weird for it to affect some but not all. This usually indicates something on the user's side that isn't working well with the site: often something with their browser, VPN, browser extension, or device settings.
Try using a different browser or device to see if you still get the problem.
I have tried it on mobile and it still happened, so it's not device as far as I can tell, but I don't know about the browser, as I only have google.
I really don't think it's a user problem, because many have noted that the night before it was working fine, myself included. Plus, there wouldn't be so many users suddenly experiencing the same problem from different browsers, adBlock, and VPN usages. Clearing cache and relogin doesn't fix the problem, nor changing browsers or devices. It's not a random banner; it's the website footer that loads before the contents of the subclass editing page. It doesn't move to the bottom of the page after the rest of the body loads.

Exactly. It's absurd that this is not fixed yet. People spend a lot of money on this website and this is a significant feature that is being disrupted. It tells me that they don't give a #$#@ about their customers. They know they have a monopoly.

Yeah it's been 9 days. This may be not-an-expert-on-technology me, but I think nine days is a bit long to fix a simple problem.
So I was creating a Oath for my paladin, but I can't get it working, because there is this bottom div in the middle of the page, right above the multiclass features.
When I try to edit the class features of any of my private homebrew subclasses, the description box is blocked by the QuickLinks/Support/FollowUs heading of sorts which is usually located at the bottom of the page.

This isn't as simple as you think. It's not affecting everyone. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge and Opera and have tried on my laptop, my phone and my xbox and using two different ISPs - i've tried using 2 different VPN services and without using any, I've tried with 2 different Adblockers and without, and I've tried with extensions and without.I've tried on every homebrew screen (every box and option on such).
I've not been able to replicate this error at all. Not even a hint of an issue.
If this was just a simple error in the HTML then this would affect every user of the website indiscriminately. That would be an easy fix. But it's not. It's only affecting some, and not others. They have to investigate why in order to find out what is actually causing the issue and how to fix it. This takes time. Please be patient.

I can't believe they haven't fixed this yet.
Zooming out and in seems to do the trick fairly well without having to do much.

Experiencing the same issue. It's more of an annoyance than anything, hope it's fixed soon.

They already know and are working on it. See this thread for more information: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/82452-cant-edit-anything-due-to-giant-banner

Reposting so people can easily find it in page 4
Agreed. It might take a while, but not this long

I have tried that, however it had no effect unfortunately :(

that inspect option worked perfectly
1. Windows 10, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Android
2. tried 1080, 1600, couple of others
3. homebrew subclass, usually features

Come on DnDB this should be a simple fix! especially seeing as it just happened overnight for everyone.
