Content will be under the toggle it was first published in, even if republished in a later book. Since College of Eloquence was first published in Mythic Odysseys of Theros, which, along with Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica, are Magic: The Gathering books. For this reason you need to enable the Magic: The Gathering content toggle to enable the College of Eloquence subclass.
And yet Artificer, which was originally published in Rising from the Last War, is not locked behind the Eberron toggle.
D&D Beyond have never addressed this inconsistency. They’ve explained the Artificer bit as being because it was republished in Tasha’s, an explanation that equally applies to subclasses like the College of Eloquence.
It’s nonsensical, and as the numerous questions from users wondering why they can’t access the subclasses they bought demonstrate, really user-unfriendly too.
Let’s tell users who ask about it what they need to do, sure, but let’s not pretend D&D Beyond aren’t obviously incorrect about their self-contradictory policy that they refuse to explain, no matter how many people it confuses.
Are these being worked on now that the site has changed hands? Hopefully there is a team to do this and not just focus on new stuff. It seems like a lot of this could have been fixed by now with someone who can code well.
The aberrant mind bonus spells aren't adding to the character sheet.
This is the first post from non-staff. It is from Nov 17, 2020, and is still true. It also goes for the Clockwork Soul. Why hasn't this been addressed?
Amending this: I have a campaign set up here on DnDBeyond, and I'm able to set options on my players' character sheets. One of my characters is playing Aberrant Mind, so I set that option for him, but the Psionic Spells do not show up on his sheet. If I create a character for myself, they do appear.
Has there been any news regarding the issue where the Arcane Grimoire, Amulet of the Devout, Bloodwell Vial, Rhythm-Maker's Drum, Moon Sickle, ect are affecting all spells not just the class they are supposed to? All I could find was a very old post saying it was being worked on.
Unless it will be erratta'd out, the boost from Amulet of the Devout is a feature, not a bug as it does not specify it boosts Cleric and Paladin spells unlike the other class specific items.
You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Clockwork Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.
Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be an abjuration or a transmutation spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
You can't Replace these in the actual character sheet. They never get added to the Known spells list so i can't get rid of them at all to get a new spell.

Not so worried about the fact the Amulet is different. But I find that regardless if I equip an Amulet of the Devout +2 or a Bloodwell Vial +2 both my sorc and cleric spells get a +2 boost regardless of what I use.
Which if unintended on one and intended on the other still is definitely broken.
If it's unintended on both then they're all still very broken.

Both items use the "Bonus - Spell Attacks" and "Bonus - Spell Save DC" Modifiers, which applies regardless of class. I believe they need to hard code it to apply to only one class, because that's what they did for the Rod of the Pact Keeper for Warlocks, but "Bonus - Warlock Spell Attacks" is not a creation option for us, so it was made somehow on the back end.
The Amulet as written would apply to all classes. I believe WotC messed up on their templating with that one, as it's the only RAW exception from the item group. Beyond would probably leave that one unchanged even if the others got fixed due to RAW.
The homunculus servant reverted to max hp of 1 when i checked it on the app. When i deleted it and redid the infusion on the website it seemed to be working properly.
on the in app character sheets on the humunculus servent stats Might of the Master is still worded like it was in unearth arcana when it was a subclass feature and therefore isn't clear about how it is actually supposed to change stats.
HI, The psionic spells are still not adding to my character sheet as an Aberrant Mind sorcered. The cantrip has been added but not the lvl 1 spells. Please help!
So I have a player that has selected Blessed Warrior for his fighting style and is getting both Blessed Warrior and Blind Fighting attributes on his sheet. I have attempted disabling and reenabling content sharing and I have tried changing his fighting style off of Blessed Warrior and back on. What is weird is that Blessed Warrior doesn't appear as chosen unless you select blind fighting.

Well, given that no official fighting style named "Blessed Warrior" exists in D&D , you may want to check the homebrew additions.

Nice catch. I was only checking Fighter because I forgot about Paladins also getting it.

So I'm guessing since we're coming up on the 2 yr anniversary of Tasha's at this point that we're not ever going to get any of the biggest outstanding issues resolved?
Sorcerer spell lists, Genie Wish, Superior Technique giving Superiority die and maneuver, Armorer getting +2 Infused items being tops for my list anyway...
Did I miss an official "we've abandoned this project"?

Known issue. But there is a workaround. Audio isn't great but you should be able to hear everything.

Druid Circle of Spores cannot be added. Please fix.
Do you have Magic: The Gathering content toggled on?

Some of the spells must be unlocked separately through purchase.
