I just tried to make a test Blood Hunter to see if I could replicate. I believe it's because you have a feature at level 5.
If I just have features at 3 7 11 15 and 18 it doesn't show the warning - but if I add one at 5 it shows the warning.
With that said - please do not publish just to get feedback. That is what the homebrew subforum is for. It's best if only polished and final homebrew is published (because once it's published it can't be edited or removed).

Thanks for the help so far, I understand that it needs to be finished before publish. So I going to a playtest first but still need to know why I can't publish it. The features at 3, 7, 11, 15, and 18 still show the warning when I moved the 5 to 3, and if I change it to 7 the warning is still thair.
After you change anything you MUST re-save the entire subclass again using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under “Basic Information.” Only that will trigger the system to recheck those compliances.
ok, I figured it out you were half right I took out the level 5 one completely, and now it works. I did try to move it to 3,4,6, and 7th level and it still didn't work but as soon as I deleted it, it worked. So I guess that I can't have 8 Class Features so I combined 2 Class Features by making the 5th level one a Class Feature Options at level 3. It still set to be given a level 5 but it works now. Thanks for all the help.

You can definitely have multiple subclass feature at a level. When changing the level of the feature it's possible that caching was responsible for the message still displaying (very likely if you had a character that is using this subclass).
I have been working on a subclass for a while and wanted to share it to get feedback, but I have been getting the same message.
I have the Order Feature at the required level, 7, 11,15, 18
They all have something add to them as it says in subclasses-guide I have no idea what is happening I just need some help.
