I'm also having this issue; it seems that only monster created after 3/3/23 are not showing up for me, I understand stand that you guys are backed up, but this has been like half month with no word as to what's being done. with the recent other BS we just went through you'd think "someone would be trying to address this issue. Frustrating is not what I would use for this unexpectable I guess it's " we've got your money already, so we don't give crap about your problems." running the show and they wonder why people unsubscribe.........Can someone please tell us when this will get fixed????
I'm having a similar yet different issue. I made a homebrew monster for my party to fight, and it wasn't showing up in the combat tracker. The monster is in my collection and creations, and hasn't been shared with the community. I tried deleting some of my homebrew creations and removed them from my collection. However, the monsters I deleted still show up, and the one I created is still not showing up. It's been like this for over 12 hours and nothing has changed. I'll also post the link to the monster here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/3405427-ice-king
(Yes, my party is fighting Ice King from Adventure Time, which is also why I haven't shared it)
Still seriously not fixed? Seems like a really big issue to just leave unattended. Only reason I homebrewed any monsters was to use it in the encounters tab.
Same issue. Using homebrew monsters published to the public in 2021. Added to my collection and they aren't available in the encounter builder, older items from my collection remain available :(
Hi, i'm having the same exact issue, created some monsters recently and no matter what i try, they don't show up in the encounter builder list. It's been four days, i waited hoping it was a problem with servers not updating correctly but it doesn't seem to be that. I have 2 older homebrew monsters that show up in the encounter builder, i really have no clue what the problem is.
It seems to have been fixed. I tested again this afternoon and it is now working for me with the same home brew monsters that didn’t show in the Encounter Builder before. Unfortunately, I already had to cancel my game on Saturday. But hopefully it remains fixed so I can have a game this coming weekend.
Not the first time challenging issues happen. Like specific links are not opening, crashes and now this homebrew monster unavailability. THey are resolve after quite some time, which is maybe would not be a problem by itself.
BUT there are: - NO COMMUNICATION about what is going on and plans to fix - NO COMMUNICATION that the issue is resolved - NO COMMUNICATION about what caused the issue and how it was fixed.
at least put some feedback on the thread, where the issue was higlighted.
You are a company that provided subscription service and when there is a problem with a service it's silence. It's great to talk about selling new adventures, post guides, but it is not your CORE service.
Appreciate your time and that you read up until this point.
Two of the four creatures I made a few days ago have now dropped in an are available for me to use in my encounters, but the other two still aren't. I had to change the encounter to make it work... miffed
I can see my homebrew monsters on the list, but I when I add them, and try to run the encounter, I get a page that asks to submit a crash report. It will not let me use them in an encounter once I have them listed there.

It’s possible that one or more of your monsters is programmed in such a way that it’s making the encounter crash.
I've had the same problem as everyone else, and I had to turn off "sources" which is incredibly inconvenient. Seeing how old this thread is, I'm assuming they have no intention to fix the problem.

+1 here as well
It worked definitely until March 20th, when I DMed last time.
Now I cannot add the new homebrew I am creating, for example (non public homebrew): https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/3406900-ice-void-dragon-wyrmling

Is it working for the rest of you?
Yes! It does seem to be working now, it appears they have repaired the issue.

It's been 9 days, and I'm still missing homebrew monsters from my encounter builder.
