I have the same problem with my Druid. I don't think i have any homebrew monsters. I only have a few generic wildshape forms and an Owl familiar in my extras. The Owl had a custom name but nothing else, and i tried removing all customization from it, but it didn't help.

It's not the customization in the character sheet, but the homebrew monster itself. Is the character in a campaign? All homebrew is shared so it may be that someone else in the campaign has a homebrew monster impacting all the sheets in the campaign.
Yeah, he's in a campaign. Although, i dont think any of us has any homebrew monsters in this one, we did have one in another campaign and there our druid player who had the homebrew, can't access her character sheet at all. So can a homebrew in one campaign screw up all off my character across multiple campaigns?
Edit: Just checked my Wizard in a 3rd campaign, and he cant add any new extras either...

It has nothing to do with homebrew monsters in the campaign, but having a homebrew monster in one's collection without an alignment. Someone in the group may have created something and is not aware it's impacting. You will need to talk to the group and ask if anyone has created a homebrew monster recently.
Homebrew collections are shared to ALL campaigns you are in.
What Sorce is trying to explain is that all homebrewed content in everyone’s “homebrew collection” is always automatically shared with everyone in the same campaigns with each other. So if you, Sorce and I were all in the same DDB campaign with each other, then:
I would automatically have access to both yours Sorce’s entire homebrew collections.
Sorce would automatically have full accesss to yours and my entire homebrew collections.
You would automatically have full access to Sorce’s and my entire homebrew collections.
If Sorce’s collection and my collection both had absolutely no buggy homebrews, but your homebrew collection has a single Monster that doesn’t have an alignment, then none of us would be able to edit our Extras. That’s all it would take. One glitched monster in a single collection would screw the pooch for all of us.
Gotcha. Our DM from one of the campaigns added alignment for the monster, and it seems to be working now. So, any ETA on a fix? Or at least make the alignment field as required for the time being.
It's already been escalated - and the alignment field used to be required but was changed... for reasons that I can't go into as of yet. I can't give an ETA as to when the issue will be fixed as we don't provide ETAs on issues being worked upon.
Thanks you all for your advice. I LOVE homebrewing and this will help me from breaking my own page in the future😂
just tested the alignment theory on my page and this also resolved my issues thank you so much !

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of

Extra Extra - read all about it! Extras are workable again (even with monsters that have no alignment!)
Amazing news!! Thank you!!
