I would love to be able to filter eldritch invocations by pre-requisite. Yes you can make a character with pact of the blade and only see what you can get whenm you level up. But when looking at choosing a character it would be exceptionally useful to just be able to filter them when reading that section.
Same as the spell filters where you can choose level, school etc. For EI's you can choose pact, level etc.
It would be great to be able to take notes linked to adventure content (eg. take notes about the current situation in the dungeon rooms, if the loot was taken or left there, if any changes were made, etc.). Getting back to these notes while running the adventure would be really helpful.
I believe there are a lot of non-English-speaking players playing DnD. In these cases, the DM usually needs to explain everything and "train" their players in using DnD Beyond, always keeping translating all the terms until the players memorize the terms, or learn the mechanics by heart.
I'm not asking about official translations. I completely understand how hard that would be. But it would be really great if we can customize all the texts in a sheet. Now it works only with the names of items (which is really helpful) but if we could customize also the descriptive texts of character abilities, features and traits, it could make the lives of some players so much easier.
This might be simple or might already exist, but I'd like to be able to filter content I already own on the website itself? I know it's possible on the app but hovering over the sources tab and seeing ALL CONTENT makes it hard to differentiate what content I have already purchased without clicking on the content itself. Perhaps adding a "Library" tab underneath the account drop down menu might be good? It already contains your subscription status, homebrew, characters, and campaigns, why shouldn't it include your purchased content as well? It's such a little UI thing that would make using the browser version so much better for me as a DM.
Hi all! Not sure this is the right thread to say this, but I would like to suggest a recommendation: email your subscribers, or just people with consenting accounts in general, of when you are offering a portion of an adventure book for free to, say, subscribers. I would have liked to participate in the 06/21/2022 to 06/28/2022 subscriber goody for getting the first bits of Radiant Citadel, but I wasn't even made aware of it. I'm not a daily lurker of D&D Beyond, and I took a sick break yesterday that would have brought me to D&D Beyond yesterday, so again, I couldn't have been expected to know, there was no email. And I get emails sometimes from D&D Beyond!
I highly recommend this change, and I hope, especially with the various issues that were discussed on Bugs & Support, that you will extend the release, with an email, in the near future!
And if this was not the place to put it, please PM me before deletion and I'll relocate it accordingly, I've never used the D&D Beyond forums.

I know I received several email notifications about the offer, dug one up from my trash just now. Are you sure your notices didn't end up in your Spam folder?
1) ability to purchase all classes, subclasses, etc in a 'character creation' bundle. as it stands, finding out what books i need to dig through to get certain options is a real pain

number 1, is already a thing, its called the player bundle ! it inculdes all the books with player options.

Sadly, the Player Bundle is only four books so it is missing many character options. Also, it contains the whole books, not just the character options. I agree with k0no that a bundle of just character creation options, with no bloat, would be pretty cool.
You could then have magic item bundles, monster bundles, etc.. Even better, if the bundles were subscription based, so as new items become availible you would get them automatically.
buying all character option cost you the same as the book itself. basically the way they have set it up is, you get free content if you buy all the options.
don't believe me... let's take the PHB... - 29,99$ total, 4,99$ for the spells. 2,99$ for the sub races. 3,99$ for the feats. 9,99$ for the sub classes.3,99$ for all background options. let me do the math here... 5+3=8 then 8+4 = 12, then 12 +10= 22 then 22+4=26 ! thats only 3$ for the content which is normally sold for 10$. honestly at that point, just buy the whole thing. you get cool artwork, you get actual name ideas, you get lore. then there is the fact that buying a bundle gives you discounts for future buying.
i wanted to buy only the options long ago... but after calculating everything... its not worth it.
as for books they should add to that, i agree to that much... they should update the bundle. they haven't touched those for a long time. and the bundle is bullshit now that they removed xanathars and mordenkainen. my problem is for books like the critical role books, or the MTG books. those have no real doing with d&d, they are different settings. they should definitely not be part of that bundle. but they could make bundles for each settings. i agree to that much !

I agree completely, make the bundle for all character options.
What makes the current players bundle not worth it is the sword coast adventurers guide. That's a setting book and most of the player options were reprinted in Xanathars... which is already in the bundle!
The remaining ones aren't that great except maybe the arcana cleric but that's far from worth it.
As far as I'm concerned, the bundle should just be the 3 actual player books.
Hi, I think I already asked for this years ago (and still waiting), and I don't think I'm the only one who want/need this: conversion from imperial to metric.
The majority of the world population is using metric system (and I guess the the majority of the players and DMs).
Is that so hard? Because every app I have on my phone and/or tablet has it but DDB, and I'm very disappointed about it.

Unfortunately, I don't think this is something DDB can do anything about. They're obligated to keep the material exactly as described... and apparently, for English readers, WotC has chosen to ONLY use imperial. And no mixing languages! (I own the English-language PHB on here, and cannot view the Italian one beyond the table of contents. I know that at least the German PHB makes use of meters instead of feet, so alternative measurements exist, they're just... not available to us.)
Wizards of the Coast are the ones you'll likely have to bring your complaint to first.

The reason you cannot view the Italian PHB beyond the table of contents is likely because you have not purchased the Italian compendium. Everyone can view the table of contents of a realised book regardless of if they own it or not, but the IT PHB is a separate purchase.

My bad, I wasn't clear. I wasn't talking about source materials, but about character sheet.
I'll keep it short and jovial:
How is the "Get random item" button on the magic items page after setting all the filters not a thing?

Life's hard - get a helmet!
Probably already requested, but a roll hit die button on the manage levels page of character creator/manager

Enhanced Equipment search:
listings -> equipment -> filters
Add “transportation” (horses, ships), “weapons”, “armour” etc.
to normal non-magical Listing
