Some has posted this maybe but I would like a part of my character page where I can add maybe a picture, not just a small headshot like in portrait but a full image of my character.
Easier to show my fellow players on my pad without having to open up my gallery, look for my pic etc.
Also would be great if the character image comes with when you do a pdf download. Now its just blank with my discription.
I don't know how to use the poll so I am just going to say here- I support the full Party stat block / quick reference screen, which should be printable.
I also want to add that, considering how much money D&D Beyond rakes in, I am surprised by the slow rollout of new features. I have been on here since the beginning and haven't seen much change at all. I know big projects take time, but there is benefit to incrementalism.

Remember that a lot of their development time is spent keeping up with the regular content WotC releases. But since release we've had (just off the top of my head)
Character sheet overhaul
Extra menu for mounts, vehicles etc
Vehicle support
Twitch overlay
Encounter builder
New features for artificer (infusions)
Homebrew backgrounds
Homebrew feats
Custom sense, languages, skills
UA support
Homebrew races
Character ownership transfer
Creating unassigned characters
Mobile app
Homebrew subclasses
Character filtering
Updates to content sharing limits
Content management within sharing
Mobile character sheet update
Listings for mobile app
Google authentication.
If you want some perspective on how much has actually been added to DDB, I suggest looking at the Change Log
it would be great that when homebrewing to be able to increase maximum spell slots, ki points, etc. whether it be with items or feats and have it show on the tracker

I understand why DDB does not cancel out old versions of the stuff I published because others might be using the older versions. But whenever I alter/rewrite something and republish the spell it puts every version of the spell as available on my character sheets. I wish it only pulled my homebrewed spells from my current collection instead of listing every version of the spell I ever wrote.

Remove them from your homebrew collection.
I already have. It didn’t work. I added them back in just to remove them again and it still didn’t work.
Any way to get a "Random" button within any of the lists? If I go to the spell list and just press "Random" (after or before plugging in filters), it would just give me a random spell. Same to monsters, items, feats, etc.

Then that is an issue. That should have worked. You should contact a Beyonder and get them to look at your settings.
It would be nice if there were a notice or something just before all of a classes subclasses. Saying that the available subclasses are either in the basic rules, or in books that you have purchased on DnD Beyond. A lot of commenters are confused at to why there are subclasses missing.
Have Drow (Dark Elves) free to use in the Character Builder. I do not see why they are not there already.
Another confused commenter. Dark Elves are part of the PHB. Buy it or buy the race piecemeal to use it.
I know, but why have every other Race and Subrace from the Player's Handbook except for the Drow?
They're... not. The races are all there, but only one subrace for each race (each race that has subraces - i.e. dwarf, elf, halfling, and gnome) is in the SRD, so only that subrace is accessible in the character builder if you don't buy the others on DDB.
(Technically, the deep gnome subrace is also freely available in the Elemental Evil Player's Companion, so you'll have access to that subrace for free too if you pick the gnome race.)
While we're on the subject of (sub)races in the character builder, it would be nice if there was a short visual summary of some of the "standard" racial features without drilling into and pulling up a particular race/subrace. For example, if I was looking to do a Dexterity-focused build, I may want to focus on the races/subraces that feature Dexterity bonuses. Or maybe I have a build in mind that I want to pick a race that has darkvision, etc. Some kind of quick summary that shows up in the "title" card that you can click on to either expand a race or open the modal for the race/subrace that just shows what stat bonuses they offer and whether or not they have darkvision would be pretty handy for quickly narrowing down options. I'm sure one or two other traits could be good candidates for this summary too, but those two examples are the main ones I find myself wishing were there.

One thing I would love to see made available is the ability to homebrew races and classes, not just subraces and subclasses.

This is planned as part of the homebrew revamp on the long-term roadmap: https://ddb.ac/feature-roadmap
You can homebrew races already.
And homebrewing full classes is on the horizon.
