There doesn't seem to be a way to add homebrew eldritch invocations or battle master maneuvers or other such class specific choices. Am I missing how to do this, or is this just not available at this time?
It is not available at this time. Will probably come as part of the homebrew revamp later on.

Well for now you should already be able to create a homebrew fighter subclass based on the battle master and add new maneuvers as class feature options to the maneuvers class feature.

I am not sure if that has been requested before but I could use some NPC sheets from the character builder.
I’m not sure what you mean by “NPC sheets from the character builder”. You can use the character to build NPCs just like you build PCs. Or you can use the homebrew monster system to build NPCs.
There doesn't seem to be a way to create, or even re-create the dragon born breath weapon in custom actions fully. I created something close but received several errors during the process. As far as I can understand the main problem seems to be that you can only choose melee or ranged as your action type where there needs to be a spell option. So creating a CON or WIS Hit/DC is not possible.
Warning: This character is in use so changes might happen
Also: Apologies - my DM killed my Dragonborn with a shadow dragon and due to the nature of some powerful items (seeds of power) they brought him back to life...changed. So now the Dragonborn is a hybrid Silver/Shadow dragon that does necrotic damage as a breath weapon.

Try leaving the first range option (Melee/Range) as a dash instead of choosing an option, it should list the DC like your other breath weapon, instead of a to hit bonus
I've made a home brew class based on a wizard but need to remove soe of the "Standard" or "core" class features, so that i can add my own. doesnt seem to be an option to do so ? I want to remove the "Spell Mastery" feature and replace it with my own feature. Any way i can do this ?

Homebrew classes are not currently an option. They are on the long-term list, but I don't expect them to implemented this year.
As per this thread any plans / idea if adding a + to hit OR Damage is going to be possible anytime soon ? I'd like to offer "Master Crafted" items so they can get a non-magical +1 to one or the other due to the quality of the item...
Please. For. The. Love. Of. Lolth. Give us the ability to modify damage dice when making an item. And add the Reload property to weapon properties. I beg you.
is there a way to get a summary view of each character in a campaign. getting current HP, AC, attributes in one page instead of clicking through all the party would be very nice.
also if we could get current conditions (concentrating, blinded, etc) for an encounter runner. but that's less of a priority but would be super awesome
After paying for a subscription (and spending hundreds on "books" I already owned) I expected the campaign section to be a pretty comprehensive tool set. But it's... nothing. It's like, 4 text bubbles and very top level content management system. This is supremely disappointing. I tried to reason, well I guess I can just... use a bunch of other websites and tools to run my campaign and just have this be a place for character sheets and homebrew items. But then I started an actual campaign with some friends and found out EVERYone can see everyone else's character sheet? What the WHAT? In what campaign would that be desirable? Maybe for piloting but like, this is where characters keep detailed notes about who they are and what their actual goals are. One of my players really wanted to present human and reveal later on that he was an elf and was immediately outed by the campaign character management. This is so, so weak. It's mind boggling that the encounter system is considered to be in beta, a tool that's a thousand times more comprehensive (though still lacking a ton of obvious features), and "My Campaign" is... done? What is happening?

I'm sorry you didn't realize the limitations of the campaign section. They've been pretty upfront about its current limitations. It's mostly a placeholder and a way to connect players and DMs for content sharing purposes and so DMs can see character sheets. "My Campaigns" is not done....the encounter builder is part of improving campaign tools.
In terms of players seeing other character sheets, some of that can be alleviated by the players making their sheets private. Race and class can still be seen, though. Race could be handled by making a homebrew race and naming it the race the character appears to be. I don't know a way to hide/disguise the class.
1. I would like it if the marketplace had a filter, so that I could filter out things that I already own... that way it would make it easier for me to see what else I can buy, and therefore spend more money with dndbeyond.
2. Fix the random character builder... but more specifically, there needs to be more controls available on the interface for the "Randomize" method of character building ("Creations">"My Characters">"Create a Character">"Randomize") ... At the moment the interface is absolute trash... Before you look at these issues, it's relevant to know that I have a legendary bundle, so when so say something is missing, I mean that your interface is missing it erroneously, but I own that content and should have access to it... anyway, here's a list of issues/requests:
[Issue] I own content for 60+ races through dndbeyond, but there are only 20ish races available to choose from in the "Choose race" interface.
[Issue] The dropdown menu to "Filter race source(s)" has only got 3 books in it, has the wrong races assigned to one of those books, and even doesn't work properly.
[Issue] The "Choose class" menu doesn't have bloodhunter available.
[Issue] The "Allow multiclass" option does not check that the character meets any of the requirements for multiclassing.
[Feature request] Please add checkboxes to allow us include/exclude which source books are used as the pool available for character RACES are selected from randomly... or at the very least, just a list of all the races available to me, and a tick box for each one to include or exclude it from the pool (e.g.: I would like to roll up a Character using one of the races from the PHB or VGtM... but I don't want to have to keep rolling up characters all afternoon and deleting them because it keeps giving me Eberron races 95% of the time).
[Feature request] Please add checkboxes to allow us include/exclude which source books are used as the pool available for character CLASSES and subclasses are selected from randomly... or at the very least, just a list of all the classes/subclasses available to me, and a tick box for each one to include or exclude it from the pool (e.g.: same as the above feature request for races, but with classes).
[Feature request] Please add checkboxes to allow us include/exclude which source books are used as the pool available for character FEATS are selected from randomly... or at the very least, just a list of all the feats available to me, and a tick box for each one to include or exclude it from the pool (e.g.: same as the above feature request for races, but with feats).
[Feature request] Please add an option to select which dice rolling method it uses to calculate stats (e.g.: 3d6, 4d6 drop lowest, standard array, etc.).
I'd like to request Faction Rank and Reknown creation and modification. Something akin to how Guild Master's Guide has the guilds Ranks and Reknown set up, but be able to apply the homebrew changes to them. I can do this with a copy and paste in a word doc, but I'm looking to do this for quite a few factions... It would be much easier to have this available online for easy storage and editing. And it would be cool to see what other factions people come up with.

Hey TigerApricot - it is actually set that way currently. I haven't made any changes yet. I appreciate you checking it out though.
