In the last few developer updates, Adam has mentioned that accessibility is something they’ve begun working on. At the moment, it sounds like they are working on concepts and ideas. If I’ve understood him correctly, code for accessibility updates isn’t being written yet, and he has warned that it will be a slow, gradual process. They are consulting with a group who promotes accessibility in gaming. Don’t remember their name, but I checked out their website when Adam first mentioned them, and among other things, they make polyhedral dice for those with visual impairments.
